Traci Frazier

With 28 years in financial services and over two decades dedicated to mortgage lending, I bring expertise, compassion, and commitment to every client I serve. Before focusing on home loans, I managed six bank branches for a major national bank—experience that shaped my strong leadership in financial services and client-first approach.

I am especially passionate about inclusive lending. I have completed advanced coursework in affordable housing and dedicated to helping individuals and families from all financial backgrounds achieve the dream of homeownership.

My commitment to community runs deep. I actively support local causes like Toys for Kids and Charlie’s Dinosaur and have volunteered abroad with Mission of Hope in Haiti. A proud member of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association for 16 years, I now serve as a lifetime Director and Past President on the Board of Directors.

I love helping people, whether it’s finding the right mortgage solution or giving back through community work, it’s all about making a difference.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, traveling, listening to live music, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
