Dave Sorsabel serves as a Capital Markets Manager.

With a long tenure in the secondary marketing side of the mortgage industry, he has worked through its many evolutions—from thermal fax paper that curled and dot matrix printers with dial-up modems to today’s environment of AI, laser printers, and mobile technology with the power of a desktop. Through it all, the core function remains the same: facilitating the sale of mortgage instruments to Wall Street.

He joined Generations Home Loans as long-term home, reconnecting with colleague Cheryl Reeves, with whom he worked for seven years from 2001 to 2007. He continues to value this area of the business for the relationships it sustains, both industry professionals built over nearly four decades and with teammates he supports in identifying the best options for their clients.
