David Cloe

I am originally from the Oregon Coast and now primarily serve Washington and Idaho. With over 30 years in the real estate and financial world, I strive to make the process of obtaining financing to purchase, refinance, and construct a new home as smooth as possible. I am also certified for Down Payment Assistance by the Washington Housing Authority. We all know that buying and financing a home is the biggest purchase in our lives, and it helps to have experience on your side.

I am an avid outdoorsman and am referred to as “The Outdoor Lender”. I enjoy fishing, hunting, golf, beekeeping, and teaching Hunter’s Education. I am very involved in serving my community and the families of the Pacific Northwest.
