I’m a proud Californian, happily married, and blessed with four incredible daughters and a growing family that includes six (and counting!) wonderful grandchildren. With a career in mortgage lending that began in 1979, I’ve built my professional life on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.

Before becoming a loan officer, I earned my FHA Direct Endorsement credentials and spent several years working in underwriting. That background gave me a deep understanding of loan guidelines and the ability to navigate even the most complex financing scenarios with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners, real estate investors, and those exploring renovation loan options. My approach is always client-first: detailed, solution-oriented, and creative when needed. I believe in clear communication, prompt responsiveness, and earning trust through consistent, reliable service.
