With nearly a decade of experience in mortgage banking, Bao began her career in 2016 working in loan disclosures and processing, where she developed a strong foundation in the loan lifecycle and regulatory requirements. 

Over the years, she transitioned into finance and accounting, expanding her expertise in financial management and operational efficiency. Today, she oversees the daily functions of the department, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and in alignment with company goals. She takes pride in maintaining strong internal controls, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Her background across both operations and finance allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, as well as traveling.
