Credit At Close Details

Service Level 3 's Credit at Close is GHL's lender credit benefit created as part of our commitment to eligible participating brokerages through the SL3 Promise.

It allows eligible real estate agents and their clients to apply up to 1% in lender credits toward the overall cost of their transaction.
