Ted is a seasoned compliance professional with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including six years with Generations Home Loans. As Compliance Manager, he leads federal and state regulatory oversight, licensing, audit readiness, and enterprise risk management.

Prior to joining GHL, Ted spent nearly two decades in credit union leadership, where he consistently exceeded audit standards, strengthened internal controls, and reduced operational risk through effective compliance management.
