Buying a home is one of life’s most significant financial decisions, and I take pride in guiding my clients through the process with experience, personal attention, and a genuine interest in their goals. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with, understanding their circumstances, and finding financial solutions that make sense for their lives.
Fluent in Vietnamese, I also have the pleasure of working with Vietnamese-speaking individuals and families, providing guidance in the language they know best and making the home financing experience more accessible and comfortable for them.

Consumers may access the NMLS Consumer Access website to verify licensing information and review the professional background of mortgage loan originators.
7. RESPA Disclosure
In compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Company provides disclosures regarding settlement services, affiliated business arrangements (if applicable), and estimated closing costs. You are entitled to receive a Loan Estimate within the time required by law after submitting a complete loan application. The Company does not require the use of any specific settlement service provider unless otherwise disclosed in writing.
