I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on operational experience to every mortgage transaction. I began my career in the mortgage industry as a mortgage processor, gaining a deep understanding of the loan process from the inside out. That foundation allows me to identify potential issues early in the process—before they ever affect the progress of a transaction—creating smoother, more efficient experiences for clients and referral partners.
I work with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers purchasing their first home to experienced investors expanding their real estate portfolios. I’m known for clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping clients informed and confident throughout the lending process as a licensed mortgage advisor in Washington State.

I believe buying a home is one of life’s most important financial decisions. I focus on creating a process that feels understandable and well-supported from start to finish.

I have been actively engaged in my community through several leadership roles, including PTSA President, Area Vice President for the Lake Washington PTSA Council, and Lake Washington Schools Foundation Ambassador. I currently serve as President of Redmond West Little League.

Erica provided a plan, gently corrected my misunderstandings and kept me on track with helpful suggestions, big and small. She provided language to use when communicating with specific members of the lending and title process (there were complications due to my life) and, in the end, it went smoother than could have been expected based on the situation. As for above and beyond the call of duty, she helped de-clutter my mother’s home when selling it. This is way outside the realm of typical lender/borrower relationships. That my mother is also using her services indicates the level of trust she established with us.

I purchased my first home! It was a scary process for me, mainly because it was absolutely a seller's market, and I had no idea what to expect!
