Matthew Ingram

I grew up in Southern California and attended BYU-Idaho, originally planning to pursue medicine. In 2016, I joined my mother’s clothing company, Piphany Clothing where I became Senior Warehouse Manager and saw the operation grow from a 1,500-square-foot warehouse to a 100,000-square-foot facility. The company brought me to Utah in 2018.

I entered the mortgage industry in 2021 and have since worked with independent brokerages and larger lenders, serving first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, and borrowers in between. I especially enjoy working with newer real estate agents. Having once been a new agent myself, I understand the learning curve and enjoy being a trusted lending resource as they grow their business.

Personal
Outside of work, I love cooking, woodworking, fitness, and exploring Utah’s food scene. My wife and I married in 2020, have a four-year-old son and spend plenty of time outdoors as a family.
