Orval Neal

I entered the finance and lending field in 1997, working with personal loans, consumer financing, and second mortgages.

During the early years of my career, I served in several operational roles, including Loan Processor, Junior Underwriter, and Closing Coordinator before becoming a full-time Mortgage Loan Advisor in 2000.

Throughout my career, I’ve received recognition from the Oakdale CVAR Board, earned multiple Production and Presidents Club awards within my company, and most recently was honored with the Oakdale Leader/OER Readers’ Choice award for ten consecutive years.

I am licensed in California, and the majority of my work serves clients across the Central Valley.

Personal
Oakdale has been my home since I was ten years old. I graduated from Oakdale High School, continued my studies at Modesto Junior College, and later earned my bachelor’s degree from Stanislaus State.

Athletics has played a major role in my life. I competed at the collegiate level in both state and national events and set several school records during that time.

Raising my two children has been one of the greatest joys in my life. Much of our time together has been spent camping, attending youth sporting events, and enjoying days on the golf course. The golf course remains one of my favorite places to relax and stay connected with friends, family, and clients.

Community
Since childhood, I continue to be closely connected to the Central Valley community, where many of the clients I serve call home.
