Traci Frazier

With 28 years in financial services and more than two decades dedicated to mortgage lending, I bring experience, perspective, and a client-first approach to every transaction. Earlier in my career, I managed six branches for a major national bank and later led a VA Home Loan Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, developing expertise in Conventional, VA, and FHA lending.

I am a certified lender with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP). I have also completed advanced coursework in affordable housing and remain committed to inclusive lending.

For 18 years I have been involved with the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association, serving as Board President and now as Lifetime Director.

Personal
I love helping people—whether that means finding the right mortgage solution or supporting the communities we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, traveling, live music, and time with family and friends.

Community
Community involvement is essential to me. I support organizations including Toys for Kids and Charlie’s Dinosaur and have volunteered internationally with Mission of Hope in Haiti.
